Information on our website is subjected to modification, therefore we strongly encourage our shoppers to read the latest updates to these Terms of Use prior to making a purchase with us.
Privacy & Security
Premierhobby Singapore is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not disclose your personal information to any third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
Your personal information may however, be shared with third party vendors to complete the delivery of your order (if any).
Product Information
All of our products are factory sealed by the manufacturer and we ensure that it goes to you in the same way that we receive them. Products are sold in sealed boxes, unless otherwise stated. They come in varies sizes and may not always be in gem mint condition. Please note that dents in box corners or on box surfaces are not considered as defects as this does not affect the general condition of the cards due to the way that they are packed by the manufacturer.
Product specification on sell-sheets, checklists or on any other websites that you read online should be used as a reference as content is subjected to change by the manufacturer prior to the official release.
Sports trading cards may also include redemptions in lieu of autographs. Case hits/autographs are randomly inserted by production run and is not 100% collated. For redemptions, missing hits or factory damaged cards etc, kindly contact Panini America directly by filing a support ticket here. Replacement is at the discretion of the manufacturer. Please refer to their Terms & Conditions for more information.
Pricing & Availability
All prices stated on our website are in Singapore Dollars and inclusive of local tax (GST), subjected to change without notice. Pricing is fixed and non-negotiable.
Sports trading cards are from Panini America only. We do not offer products from other sports cards manufacturers. Products’ availability is subjected to allocation as such not all products will be available to our region and may not be available for sale on our website. If a product of your choice is not listed, it is most likely out of stock or not in our inventory list.
All items are intended for individuals residing in Singapore and shipped to Singapore addresses only.
Ordering
In accordance with our selling guidelines, the minimum age for all online orders is 18.
Our online store is available from Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm Singapore Time (excluding Public Holidays). All orders have to be placed directly via our website. If you are unable to place an order, please check back during the hours as stated.
Shoppers may browse available products from the different categories at the top or side menu (depending on your device) of our website. From the product page, select the product(s) and quantity required and proceed to fill in your particulars at the bottom of our order form.
Orders from different categories placed within 10 minutes apart will be consolidated in the same order and only one shipping charge will be applied.
Kindly ensure your information (full name, email, contact & delivery address, including postal code) is provided accurately. Orders with incomplete or invalid details will not be processed. Payment request is automatically sent to your email. If you did not receive any email from us within 15 minutes from placing your order, this is likely due to an incorrect email or incomplete information provided.
Payment
All payments have to be made in Singapore Dollars. We accept payment via PayNow or PayLah! only.
Payment has to be in your own name for security measures. Premierhobby Singapore reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order with inaccuracies in payment information in our efforts to prevent fraud and/or account abuse. Under no circumstances will we be held responsible or liable in any way for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs or liabilities whatsoever resulting or arising directly or indirectly from your use of or inability to use this website.
Payment details will be sent to your email once we have received your order. Please check your inbox or junk mail for our email (sales@premierhobbysg.com). Your order will be automatically void if payment is not received within the stipulated time frame. Please do not make a payment if your order has been void. Shoppers may place another order via our website, however any re-orders will be subjected to price changes and stock availability.
Paid orders (excluding preorders) will be processed and packed within the next 3 working days (Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays) from the day your payment is accepted.
Shipping
We provide free local shipping for purchases of SGD 300 and above in a single order. A delivery fee of SGD 10 is applicable to orders below SGD 300.

Orders are delivered by our courier service partner, Ninja Van. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been despatched. You can track your order via Ninja Van’s website here. Ninja Van delivers to most areas in Singapore except to restricted zones.
Standard delivery is typically within the next 1-3 working days (Mondays to Saturdays, 9am to 10pm, excluding Public Holidays) upon despatch of parcels to Ninja Van. Ninja Van provides 3 delivery attempts; additional charges will apply after the 3rd delivery if no one is present to receive the parcel.
Ninja Van’s standard liability for any loss of or damage to delivery items shall be limited to the value of the delivery item or SGD 100 per parcel, whichever is lower. Additional coverage* for purchases up to SGD 2,000 is available and will be charged at 1.2% of indicated insured value (before tax). Liability coverage by Ninja Van is subjected to local tax at prevailing rate.
*Not applicable to packs purchases, card sets, supplies, sale items or combo deals. Any regular priced items in the same order will not be eligible for additional coverage as well.
Shoppers who wish to add-on this coverage have to inform us BEFORE making payment as it cannot be added on AFTER your order has been confirmed and despatched.
In the event that you need to make a claim, please note that your report must be submitted to Ninja Van within 7 days from the date of delivery. Coverage will cease thereafter and Ninja Van will not be able to proceed with your request.
Return Policy
Due to constant pricing fluctuations, all sales are final. Items sold are not eligible for any exchange, return or refund.
